Sushma Rajagopalan and Steven Schaefer join the Board as the company secures new financing to accelerate growth of its AI commercial intelligence platform
BOSTON, Mass. — July 8, 2026 — S2N Health, Inc., a leading provider of commercial intelligence solutions for medtech and life sciences, today announced two additions to its Board of Directors and the completion of a convertible note financing round.
S2N Health welcomed Sushma Rajagopalan to the Board, representing Rittenhouse Ventures. Rajagopalan is a Partner at Rittenhouse Ventures and brings more than 25 years of global C-level technology leadership in the tech and services industries. She currently serves on the boards of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern PA and several other global technology firms, and is an active champion of women entrepreneurs through TiE, PACT and Harvard iLabs.
S2N Health also named Steven Schaefer as an independent member of the Board. Schaefer is President and CEO of CoolTech, LLC, a Baltimore-based medical device company developing drug-free, non-invasive therapies for temperature management and neuromodulation, and is a serial entrepreneur and investor in healthcare technology.
In addition to the board appointments, S2N Health announced it has closed a convertible note financing round with participation from new and existing investors. Proceeds from the round will support continued development of S2N Health’s AI-powered commercial intelligence platforms, and fuel the company’s ongoing growth, product innovation, and go-to-market expansion across the medtech industry.
